  1. I had hoped to do 10 miles today - 5 in the morning & 5 later in the day. I'm about to do 5 Miles, but it seems unlikely that I'll have time to do anymore.

  3. I hope to do a total of 9 miles of Leslie - 5 very soon & 4 miles later in the day. That's my goal anyway. If not, the 5 this morning will be good regardless.
  4. I read High Fidelity - 2 or 2.5 Stars - This is a sort of coming-of-age story of a Londoner in his mid-30s. I loved the British references and those are what grabbed me initially. My main annoyance is that he doesn’t seem to mature much at all. Nothing about him changes or improves. If that were the case, I may have given the book 3 stars. He’s overly fixated on sex, dating, cheating, and his endless relationship problems. I have a feeling that the movie version of this is better. MY RATING SYSTEM 5 Stars Fantastic, couldn't put it down 4 Stars Really Good 3 Stars Enjoyable 2 Stars Just Okay – nothing to write home about 1 Star Rubbish – waste of my money and time. Few books make it to this level, since I usually give up on them if they’re that bad.
  5. Yes, that was nice. :) I didn't care too much for the Pilates, so I did 3 Classical Stretch routines instead, which I loved.

  8. Rebounding & hoping to do some Leslie walking. I may need to scatter the miles around throughout the day, since I have to take my daughter to the hairdresser. I'll just do as many miles as I can and if I have time, I'll post later.

  10. About to walk about 7 Miles - Leslie's 5-Day Slim Down & this 30-Minute Barefoot Fusion Walk, which I've never done before. Also hoping to do a Classical Stretch later: Waist Slenderizing.

If I don't have time to do them all this morning, I'll complete them later in the day. * Back Pain Relief * Calorie Burning Workout * Hip Pain Relief * Lengthen & Strengthen Your Core Yes, longer than 8 makes me groggy also. I never set my alarm. Alarms stress me out. Even if I have to catch a morning flight, I don't need one. I'm stressed enough as it is. I think my ideal is about 6-7 hours. Not sure. Hope you feel better very soon!

  14. I read: The Silkworm - 4 Stars - I enjoyed this second book in the Cormoran Strike series more than the first. We get to know the characters better and I felt a greater connection to them. Rowling has a real knack when it comes to characters, as well as in plot. Both of those factors – feeling a connection to the characters and a fabulous storyline – are what I crave most in a good book. Book Lust to Go - 4 Stars - The author, one of America’s top librarians, who appears on NPR’s Morning Edition, has a series of Book Lust books and I look forward to reading more. This one is a travel-based book and helps you choose books based on locations throughout most of the world. I wish that I had time to read all of the books that I want to read!   19. I had trouble getting on these boards yesterday morning. The day was far too hectic after that. I did 5 Miles of Leslie yesterday, and am about to do another 5 Miles very soon - one that I saw on You Tube - 5 Mega Miles with Band.

  22. About to do 5 Miles of Leslie. I just realized that it's on You Tube if anyone's interested. This is my favorite 5 Mile workout.
  23. Interesting article on exercise & injuries. "We’re going to work out. We’re going to stay active and move our bodies and challenge our limits, but we don’t want to get injured. How do we limit these injuries? How do we make good choices?"
