  1. My mother never read to me as a child, not that I can recall, but I grew up loving books regardless. Can't think of my favorite book, there were far too many to choose from - Topsy & Tim, Enid Blyton, Milly Molly Mandy, and later, The Silver Sword (aka Escape from Warsaw). Robin, love that poem, btw. I read: Anne Frank: The Biography - 4 Stars - This book gives a great deal of information about the family and friends and what happened to all of them after the war. It's very thorough and detailed. There is another one written by one of their family friends that I think would also be an interesting perspective. The writing was engaging and held my interest. I liked how the author interspersed Anne's writings throughout. One of the reasons that I enjoyed reading this is that we'll be staying very near to the Anne Frank Museum for a few days quite soon. July 22 1941. The girl next door is getting married. Anne Frank is leaning out of the window of her house in Amsterdam to get a good look at the bride and groom. It is the only time Anne Frank has ever been captured on film. Once again, I'm having difficulty embedding a video. I also read Rick Steves' Great Britain - 4 Stars - What is there to say? He writes very helpful travel books. :D MY RATING SYSTEM 5 Stars Fantastic, couldn't put it down 4 Stars Really Good 3 Stars Enjoyable 2 Stars Just Okay – nothing to write home about 1 Star Rubbish – waste of my money and time. Few books make it to this level, since I usually give up on them if they’re that bad.

  5. Rebounding Hamelin D'Abell's Armatics Taster video on You Tube. I could really feel this working my arms. I'm thinking of buying the DVD. About to soon do a Classical Stretch: Slenderizing Legs & Hips.
  6. About to soon do a 1-Mile - Jane Fonda's Prime Time Walk.
  7. About to do a Classical Stretch: Slenderizing Your Core & then I'm going swimming. Hopefully, the moon will still be out. I'm crazy about the moon. :)
  8. I just did Jessica Smith's 30-Minute Barefoot Fusion Walk. She has lots and lots of free workout videos and her dog, Peanut, is adorable . This was a good workout.

  11. Woke up early. Went back to sleep. Since I won't be cooking this evening, I really do hope that I get to exercise later. My plan is to do this Jessica Smith: Belly, Buns & Thighs 40-Minute Walk followed by an Essentrics Stretch for the core & legs.
  12. Tried out at least three (probably more) Exercise TV routines from You Tube. Did each of them for at least 10-20 minutes. Didn't like any of them that much, but still got a workout, especially for the core (my weakest area).
  13. Happy Birthday Wintermom! :D I'll soon be doing Hamelin D'Abell Cardio Tone workout. Hope to have time to also do Essentrics: Strength - Full Body Workout.

  18. Nothing yet. Didn't wake up early enough to exercise. Have to run errands very soon - take my parents to the airport (they're flying to the U.S. - dad will have cataract surgery soon). Then I'm going to have a pedicure, which I'm really looking forward to. I really feel like Classical Stretch today and hope to do at least one routine. Sorry but I have no time to read everyone's posts. I will later.
  19. Nothing. I slept. A lot. I just don't feel well. I know that exercise will make me feel better, but I can't even do that.
  20. No exercise in two days. I hope to do something later today. If not, there's always tomorrow.
