Granny_Weatherwax
We received DS's freshman yearbook in the mail today. I was excited and eagerly opened the package. It's beautiful and high quality. A definite college keepsake. There is not one picture of DS. He didn't submit a head shot. His name isn't even listed in the index. For all intents and purposes, no one looking through the yearbook would ever know he attended. I'm really sad.

elegantlion
The student photo section of our yearbooks are always thin. They do photos a few times during the year and I never remember to have it done. Actually very few of the people I know are in the student photo section. katilac
I'm actually surprised that schools are still doing physical yearbooks!
FaithManor
A lot of school aren't doing physical yearbooks. I wish I had the option for my guys, but that said, I know they also aren't very sentimental at all and not likely to make it a priority to go get their photos taken. I ended up all through one section of my college yearbooks due to the music. Flute recitals, piano recitals, concerts, choir...it was all thoroughly documented. Yet due to my class and practice schedule, there was no individual photo because there were no appointment times that worked. One thing you don't tell your piano professor is "I can't make it to rehearsal because I have to get my picture taken"....Nope,nope, nope, nope, nope. Sorry it was so disappointing Scouter. Did it set you back much? Around here the high school yearbooks are no $50.00 so I dare not think what college ones would be.
