Meg6993
Hi Everyone, I'm a bit stumped on what to use next year. My daughter used FLL, and we just finished up level 4. But, as you know if you've used it - there is no next level. What did you use after? Thanks in advance!
Stef03
We're not there yet but plan on moving over to MCT. From previous threads I think the popular answer was Rod and Staff 5.

boscopup
We went to Rod & Staff. Some others to look at are Hake Grammar and Writing and Analytical Grammar.
Ravin
We're using Simply Grammar. http://www.rainbowresource.com/product/sku/002522/faf21831caa499cc2ab074f4 Another good option if you like the CM approach would be Intermediate Language Lessons, particularly the updated version. http://www.rainbowresource.com/product/Intermediate+Language+Lessons/046890/faf21831caa499cc2ab074f4?subject=7&category=8163
SilverMoon
When we switched it was after the combined FLL 1/2 book. 3 and 4 hadn't been written. We flip-flopped around with some MCP, random stuff from the teacher store, and Easy Grammar (never doing that one again..) during those years. In fifth grade I sucked it up and ordered the Rod and Staff everyone talked about, and promptly kicked myself for not doing it sooner. It's effective, easy to use, holds a teacher hand, and gets the job done well. We haven't looked back once.
LanaTron
With dc#3, I tried GWG. He hated it. Like tears every day hated it. I then used MCT with him, and it was great. Dc#4, however, is loving GWG. Go figure. I honestly can't remember what I did with my elder two dc when they were that age. :confused1:
