Blue Hen
DS wants to practice SAT essay writing this summer. :D I know this topic has been discussed before but I can't find it. Wasn't there a website someone found with SAT writing prompts? How might I come up with ideas for writing prompts? Any other sources? If our efforts fail (or DS dislikes the assistance I provide, me not being a writing teacher ) are there online services we could seek other than PA HS'ers? Thank you! Jann in TX
http://www.onlinemathlearning.com/sat-test-prep.html If you scroll way down near the bottom you can find what prompts were used on recent tests! HTH

Moira in MA
Bravewriter offers an SAT/ACT essay writing class. I have liked the format and feedback of their classes and found them very helpful w/my dds -- although we haven't used this one. Our experience is with Kidswrite Intermediate and Expository Essay.
