Robin M
Good Evening! Thursday marks the start of another book week. We are on Week 18 of our quest to read 52 books in 52 weeks. It is time to start book # 19. (If you haven't already.) :) To recap the rules: Read an average of a book a week - 52 books in 52 weeks Re-reading a book counts--as long as you first read it before 2009 School related books don't count (unless you want them to. You may post your reviews, thoughts, reactions to the books you've read here or on the 52 Books in 52 Weeks Blog. ******************************************* I'll be starting 1st to Die (Women's Murder Club) by James Patterson. It will be my first time reading Patterson so should prove to be interesting. What are you all reading this week?

Rosie_0801
I finished Melvin Bragg's book on the 12 books that changed the world, read The Secret Bride: in the court of Henry VIII by Diane Haeger, about his sister Mary Tudor. It was a nice, light read. Also read East/West by Salman Rushdie. That was a collection of short stories. Some were good, some were not. Oh, and another light read, Brick Road, about an arranged marriage from Bangladesh to London. Rosie Edit: Hehehe. I'm reading "Jane Eyre's Daughter" next.
