Hannah
One disk of my daughter's Ella Enchanted audiobook (from Listening Libarary) was scratched and now she cannot listen to it. I need to find a way of replacing just the one disk (disk 5 of 5). Has anyone done this before?
PeterPan
Email them and ask. When I contacted Harper Audio (new disk was defective), they replaced the entire set!
fivetails
What are you trying to play it in? Some cd players are more 'sensitive' to scratches than others.... Have you tried it in your computer? Just wondering because if you can get it to work there, you might be able to rip it and burn a new copy that works...it's worth a try anyway. :)
abbeyej
Yes, give them a call. They may be able to replace a single disc, or give you the complete set...
Julie in MN
They usually send a new complete set -- and big places like Amazon require you to send them your complete original set.
