Ottakee
I am nearing my mid 50s but active and don’t want to look “old”. The Amanda jeans fit me the best of any brands I have tried (from regular stores, higher end consignment stores and thrift stores). I just don’t love the look. I need jeans I can wear with my keen felt boots or my running shoes to work. I have custom orthotics so cute shoes aren’t going to happen. I value comfort over fashion but if I could have some sense of both it would be nice. Any other Jean brands/styles to try? I am a 12 in the Amanda jeans but can do a 10 in some brands and even an 8 in the style with really wide legs….basically I carry most of my weight in my legs….so often jeans that fit my legs are too big in butt and hips and waist but a smaller size is too tight in the legs. These are the 2 styles of shoes I wear 90% of the time at work. I also have the Altras in black. Edited 1 hour ago by Ottakee
prairiewindmomma
Old Navy mom jeans fit fairly close to the Amanda but are roomier in the leg, imo. They are still higher rise and straight cut.
