Pamela H in Texas
some of those dryer balls (just 2) and LOVE LOVE LOVE them! My dryer takes 1/3 the time it was taking without them. I can't believe it!
Garga
Dryer balls? What are they? They sound great! Do you use them over and over, or do you have to buy new ones for each load? I'd love something that cuts down on dryer time.
RoughCollie
I looked at those a couple of days ago, thought about all the posts here, and decided to be parsimonious. You are changing my mind. Nah -- it's probably the lack of coffee in my system. I'm not that easily swayed. Am I? Probably. RC
Pamela H in Texas
Lizard :) You just buy as many as you want and use them "forever." Here is a link for ya: http://www.asseenontv.com/prod-pages/dryer_balls.html You can buy them in bulk on ebay but I just bought 2 at Walmart in the "as seen on tv" aisle. A friend of mine bought them recently and when she used it the first time, her drier stopped 18min before her washer! She has newer machines than I do though. Still, to cut my time in 1/3 is nice. Now my washer and dryer can finish about the same time :)
kewb
I must admit that I do love my dryer balls. I have 3. My 4th one broke and I have not sent it back for a new one yet. My towels are so nice and fluffy when they come out of the dryer and the clothes do dry a little bit faster.
kalanamak
I looked at those a couple of days ago, thought about all the posts here, and decided to be parsimonious. I wonder if they will wear out the clothes? I noticed a difference when I went from agitator to front loader, so I think "laundry trauma" is possible. Please post again in a few months with a review! (My poor husband gets laundry trauma about once a week when I start kicking up dust about no clean underwear.)
