I have plenty of ground pork to experiment with. We have tried several recipes and not yet found one that’s a keeper. Ground meat 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp sage 1/4 tsp savory 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp marjoram 1/4 tsp black pepper Mix everything together.
