I'm looking forward to making Globi (like a deep fried cheesecake) when we study the Roman Republic. It has recipes edited for modern kitchen. Definitely going to get this for a Christmas gift. He has a birthday in a couple weeks but it says it won't be delivered until September 25. Thanks for the heads up!
