caffeineandbooks Posted May 18, 2023 Share Posted May 18, 2023 I'm going to go ahead and label it "homeschooling" 😄 Maybe the Charlotte Mason term "mother culture" is what you mean? That's the idea that the mom should be enriching her own mind as well, not just by learning Latin alongside the kids (though she could) but by having her own small stack of books and practices that bring her joy, and being diligent to pick them up when there are a few minutes to spare throughout the day. 5 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
