When did that start?  I can still watch on my laptop.

You are able to watch right now? I just spoke to a customer service representative and was told that was why I wasn't able to watch the series I am trying to watch.  She said streaming was no longer available.  We were trying to watch Once Upon a Time.

Edited to ask:  Is it a movie you rented or just general content?

I checked a few of my usuals, a series and a movie.  They are still working.   One is whatever service I have to watch ads, the other is included with Prime, no ads.

Hmmm!  We use an hdmi cable between our laptop and the tv so we can watch amazon prime from the website on the tv. Otherwise it takes up too much  memory and slows way down. Still working.

If you're having issues with live streaming, perhaps not enough memory????

That's what we do.  Off to try again!
