AngelaGT
Praying that nobody looses power and has plenty to keep them happy, warm, and well fed!
Pawz4me
I’m in the piedmont (Winston-Salem area) and more worried about ice and power outages than snow accumulation. We did a quick run down to Raleigh this morning and are on our way back now. Lots and lots of power trucks going in both directions on I-40. alisoncooks
I’m in the triangle area. I wish we were getting snow! They’re calling for rain/ice here. (Boo!) I had to brave the chaos and crowds this morning at the grocery store. Harris Teeter cancelled my online order because they were short staffed (yikes!!), and I was counting on those groceries for the weekend/upcoming week. *sigh* I was *so* not planning on doing that this morning. Ethel Mertz
Sorry about your online order! How frustrating! We are about as prepared as we’re going to be. Kid is at college (in town) to ride out the storm with his friends. We’ll make some hard boiled eggs to have if power goes out. We have lots of fleece blankets and four cats and flashlights. We’re supposed to get up to a foot of snow ❄️ and maybe a bit of ice. We’re hunkering down until everything melts…
