Walked about 3.8K, with quick-walking "sprints" in each kilometer. The trick to this is to somehow cue the dog when to speed up and slow down. 

Then I did about 15 minutes of legs and arms. 

I got very optimistic and ordered a little shelf/rack thing to put my weights and equipment on in my exercise space. Now, I just need to actually find the equipment  . . .
