While sorting today I found half a box of the Walgreen's equivalent of Florastor still in blister packs.  The box is dated 2016. If it were ibuprofen, I'd have no problem using it, but this is a probiotic.  Any chance they'd still be effective?  Or do I just toss them?

They will be less potent, but they won't hurt you if you want to take them.

I use up things that are less potent but that don't go bad. I figure it's no different than me forgetting to take them sometimes 😄
