We haven't gotten one because the one he recommends is so pricey but we have been considering a cheaper one. I was actually looking at them today! If you are thinking about it, I think there are no negatives other than price. All the other parents who've purchased one or used one in therapy seem happy with it. Looked it up and her doctor recommends the Galileo or Hypervibe. Both are out of my budget right now. He has no financial relationship with either company, FWIW.
