I am posting this separately from big Wuhan Coronavirus thread so it does not get lost.  For people who don’t like to listen or watch videos, the references are linked or cited in the information section.   I recommend listening / watching to gain more understanding.

( @Terabith tagging you because you had asked about Vitamin D awhile ago.)

Thanks for the link! I'm trying to figure out if I need to supplement zinc and calcium, plus a few others. I do 4000 IU vitamin d at the recommendation of my neurologist so I'm curious to see what is recommended in the video.

Have you looked at VitaminDWiki also?

4000IU is probably as much as a doctor is comfortable advising because it is an official recommendation currently.  Most doctors are afraid to do otherwise.

Higher doses may be needed especially for autoimmune situations.

I suggest that you Look up Cicero Coimbra a neurologist in Brazil and what he is doing.

And zinc may also be relevant.  Though mostly about Vitamin D, VitaminDWiki also has some information on other vitamins and minerals including zinc.

I have looked at the Coimbra protocol, but I haven't done any significant research on it yet. I know it's not recommended without a doctor who is familiar with the protocol and last I checked there were none in my area, but that was a while ago. I will check out the wiki on my lunch break, thanks! I have a Vitamin D test on the way - I haven't checked my levels in a while. It had been going up from the 4000 plus daily 10 minutes in the sun when it's nice out.

There was something on a newer DRBEEN video about another home rapid vitamin D test.  Once it arrives it is do it yourself using a cellphone to read the test so not a long turn around time for results. It seems to be a European company and I don’t know if it is available outside of Europe.
