You have to use the app to get delivery, and there’s a bit of a learning curve. For my mother, with tricare, I use Express Scrips. I do it all by phone though, have never seen the online interface. ETA: Walgreens was unable to ship one item - epipens, I think? We had to pick that up at the drive through, but it was contactless other than the bag.
