I did 30 minutes of biking and I guess I'm more out of practice than I thought as my butt was feeling sore (no soreness today though). I rode a loop up this long hill twice, it isn't the worst hill around but considering it has been awhile I was proud to see I made it up it not once but twice without being totally winded.

The kids and I did some adventuring in the woods as well and found a new spot, it will be too thick in the summer but is pretty for the time being.

Today is body combat and some yoga later.

@Laura Corin I'm sorry about your hand and your knee.  Glad to hear the hand is improving.

@wintermom Biking always makes my rear hurt! 

 

 

Bodyweight session this morning--I'm so looking forward to it after several days off. 

 

ETA: Strength training done plus some running.  Definitely feeling nauseous today, boo.
