My daughter didn't take a class but was fluent in Spanish when she learned Brazilian Portuguese on her own.  Some of the resources she used were Duolingo, Memrise, these podcasts https://www.b9.com.br/podcasts/mamilos/ , news articles from here https://www.folha.uol.com.br/, and this book https://www.amazon.com/Portugués-Dummies-Spanish-Karen-Keller-ebook/dp/B00A3O1IYA

Debra Bell's AIM Academy used to have it listed, but I don't see it on this year's list. You could contact her and see if she's planning on it for 2019-2020.

If you go through the pinned Online Foreign Language thread at the top of this page and one Online Classes master thread on the General Board, you might find a provider willing to try to get enough interest to offer a class next year. For example, CLRC sometimes offers smaller class sizes and their teachers are (usually) top notch. The Potter School offers classes that always habe a Christian world view, so if memorizing Bible verses in Portugese is important to you, you could email them to ask if they'd consider offering Portugese. It depends on what you ate looking for.
