ProudGrandma
Has anybody here either done this themselves or used a company that they were pleased with? We want to take our old video camera videos and get them on DVD's so we can watch them....can anyone here advise me? thanks.
Lanny
We have the same issue. We had a VHS-C camcorder. Those cassettes are a little smaller than regular VHS cassettes. I hope you get some responses to your quest for a reliable service to do this.
Nemom
Yep...same problem here. I'd love to see the old camcorder recordings because the kids were little. I made the mistake one year of selling the camcorder on a garage sale not thinking ahead that without it I can't watch the old tapes. :(
Liz CA
http://www.vstudios.org/dvd-cd-tape-video-vhs-transfer-conversion/ I believe I used them wayyy back when and they were fast and reliable back then. Sometimes the quality on the DVD was even better than on the tape. I am not 100% sure since they had changed their name. arnold
I had mine transferred at Costco, it’s been a number of years though so not sure if they still do it.
