umsami
King Arthur Flour's website has everything you need. <3 http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/bread/bread-machine I play around with whatever I find there. I've changed up flours to be spelt, the high fiber/hi-Maize flour, or their while whole wheat without much issue.

Was looking to change it up but maybe I should stick with what works.
MercyA
DD's Favorite Bread 1 1/3 cups water (1¾ cup) 2 tablespoons butter, softened (2 2/3 tbsp.) 2 cups white whole wheat flour (2 2/3 c.) 1 cup white flour (1 1/3 c.) ¼ cup packed brown sugar (1/3 c.) 1½ teaspoons salt (2 tsp.) 1¾ teaspoons bread machine yeast (2 1/3 tsp.) Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed and start machine. I use the Wheat Rapid Bake cycle. Makes a 1½ pound loaf (conversion for 2 lb. loaf).
Annie G
We love the KA Harvest Grain bread. We call it birdseed bread. It's probably the bread I've made most over the years.
