After I sent them an email explaining that I had really double checked EVERY bit of everything and telling them I could not believe they were blaming me for their mistake, they looked into it! They apologized, yup, it was their system. So I felt the need to publicly tell everyone - they made it right. They looked into it, they apologized. I was so shocked at their response to you because they are my absolute favorite curriculum store because of their wonderful customer service.
