Christianbook update

Hey!  Remember a couple weeks ago when CB screwed up my order and then blamed me for it?

THEY APOLOGIZED!  After I sent them an email explaining that I had really double checked EVERY bit of everything and telling them I could not believe they were blaming me for their mistake, they looked into it!  They apologized, yup, it was their system.



So I felt the need to publicly tell everyone - they made it right.  They looked into it, they apologized.  I really appreciated it.

Oh that is so great! I was so shocked at their response to you because they are my absolute favorite curriculum store because of their wonderful customer service. They still should have looked into it more for you originally but I am thrilled they did the right thing. :)
