readinmom
Does anyone have a good pizza dough recipe that is bread machine friendly? TIA
wintermom
I've got one that doesn't require a machine. It only has to rise once, and so can save on electricity and time. I can send it, if that's what you want. If you want more of a bread crust, I don't have that.
Monica_in_Switzerland
Not a bread machine, but super easy: smitten kitchen lazy pizza dough This is my favorite crust as it bakes up crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, and has a slight sourdough taste.

VaKim
Here is the one I use every single Friday and have for years. This makes 2 12 inch pizzas. 3 ¼ cups flour (I do half white and half whole wheat, but any kind is fine) 1 tsp. salt 1 tablespoon sugar ¼ cup oil (I use olive) 1 cup tepid water 2 ¼ tsp. instant yeast Add ingredients according to bread machine instructions. Set on dough mode. When it's done, divide it onto two pizza pans (lightly oiled) and shape into circles. Cover with towel and let rise, then press it out some more. I do this several times to get it to the size of the pan. I always pre-bake my crusts a bit before adding toppings.
