BlsdMama Posted April 4, 2017 Share Posted April 4, 2017 So we are busy smoking meat (pork shoulder/boston butt and loin) for the wedding this weekend. The question is - how to reheat? The pulled pork is easy - in a roaster, but should I line it with aluminum foil? Put in an disposable pan and put water in the bottom of the roaster? Then the loin - it is a much dryer meat, so we want it perfect, but obviously it is going to be sliced. Thoughts? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
