SquirrellyMama
Our church is having brunch tomorrow after the service. Is there a good breakfast recipe that can sit in the crockpot for an hour without overcooking or getting cold?
HollyDay
Google crockpot breakfast casserole. You will need to be careful about when you get it started the night before though. You might consider adding liquid to it in the morning. You could also cook something then use the crockpot to keep it warm. Baked Potatoes? Not really brunchy, but they do well in the crock
Bambam
I know it is too late, but I think this would have worked. I cut my apples a little thicker so they are more like baked apple slices - great topping for oatmeal, plain yogurt, or ice cream. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/228653/slow-cooker-cider-applesauce-no-sugar-added/ I might have tried this too - http://www.food.com/recipe/steel-cut-oatmeal-for-the-crock-pot-101101 Or just done the refrigerator oatmeal.
