Seasider
Or fish sauce, or any other of the specialty Asian cooking ingredients? I love them but don't use them that often, and feel like they may not stay fresh between dishes. I wonder if I could freeze in little batches and thaw as needed. Amira
You could freeze them, but most of them last a long time. Especially fish sauce.

Spy Car
Fish sauce? I've never refrigerated fish sauce. Never. It lasts forever in the pantry. Bill
Lady Marmalade
Oyster sauce will last forever in the fridge, fish sauce will last forever wherever you keep it.
