regentrude
I have never felt like going to a gym :) So I just don't go. Generations before us managed to live just fine without gyms.

SJ.
You will feel better after, most likely. Usually, I am happy I go when I am not motivated to exercise. I hope that is the case for you today. I can't wait until it is time for me to leave. I haven't been able to get there is much and I need my sanity!!!

Spy Car
What happened to your rowing machine idea? Bill
SparklyUnicorn
What happened to your rowing machine idea? Bill Well, I would still like one, but I'm limited on space so that's part of it. I do go to the gym regularly, but they don't have one there. So if I don't do something like use a machine or go to a gym, exercise just isn't happening this time of year.
gingersmom
Go to Wal Mart or Target and walk around. Go the mall and walk. I actually don't feel better about going if I really don't want to. I'll be all sluggish and pissy and mad at myself :)

The mall idea crossed my mind but it's so much further to drive there. So...
