katilac
I'd like to buy some higher quality loose leaf paper - - nicer than the el cheapo back to school stuff, but not so pricey that I'll be afraid to write on it. any suggestions? especially online? cillakat
I love the sugarcane ecoeasy paper from Staples. It's wonderful to write on and reasonably priced. :)
kalanamak
I asked my local Office Despot for 3 ring paper with the clear strip of inforcing. They got it in for me, and the paper is not flimsy. It is made to last. I use it for my final draft outlines. http://www.amazon.com/Mead-Reinforced-College-Ruled-Filler-Punched/dp/B00006IDV8
TraceyS/FL
Levenger has some nice weight paper i think. I haven't used it - but having spent all that time working at kinkos in college, i can tell it's nice by the description! LOL!!! I bought some 24lb paper and have been printing my own paper from http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/ You can pick line widths, color and all that! lllll
Dh buys ours at Staples (I suppose you could get it online from Staples). It costs more than WalMart stuff, but it's bigger all the way around and doesn't 'yellow' like the cheap stuff. And if you get one of their "Teacher Rewards" cards, they send you a check (for use at Staples only) every so often; their way of giving you a discount. katilac
kalanamak, that Mead paper does look good. did they make you buy a case of it? tracy, I have some Levenger paper, and yes, it's lovely! but insanely expensive. I'll definitely check that link; I love to customize. and it looks like the Staples paper can be bought online (I don't have a Staples), so I'll check that out as well. thanks, guys! feel free to keep suggesting. kalanamak
kalanamak, that Mead paper does look good. did they make you buy a case of it? No they didn't. They put it out on their shelves and it sold over about 4 months. They didn't restock, but I'd bought enough for my needs. I have some from back in '81 and it has a bit of aging on it, but the writing is still good and the pages solid. If you live near a large University, they would be more likely to have it than my backwater.
