Seasider Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Any of you come across any great balance transfer deals lately? I've got one card I am working on paying off, but we've had some unanticipated medical expenses lately. I will call to renegotiate to a lower rate, but it would be good to have some ammunition for my price war. Quote
Liz CA Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Look at ClarkHoward.com He is a consumer advocate and I believe the latest I heard regarding credit cards was a good deal by Citibank. 1 Quote

Dad 4 Boys Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 I get a lot of FB popups from nerdwallet.com. They are promoting the Slate card from Chase Bank as being a good transfer card right now. I think it has 15 months no interest and no transfer fees for the first 60 days. Quote
Seasider Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 Thanks, I'll start by taking a look at the sites you've recommended. Quote
SparklyUnicorn Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 If your credit is decent nearly all the major cards now are offering 0% for 18 or 21 months (they charge a fee, but it's not a lot). 1 Quote
