Do you think a blog like this is paid to advertise their recommended products?

I'm just curious.

 

I'm asking because I was reading some amazon reviews and saw that the reviewer was given the product for the purpose of review.  Makes me leery even IF it is a request for non-biased reviewing.

If it is a U.S. based site, the FTC requires a disclosure statement as to whether any compensation was provided to the reviewer for his or her opinion.

Wow - she recommends an awful lot of cleaning products! My routine is much simpler than that!

You don't need all that stuff.

 

Baking soda, borax, white vinegar, and soap are all reasonably inexpensive. I like fun, scented soap handcrafted by a real, friendly person, but fels-naptha works too.

I'm amazed she has created an entire business out of this.
