mum
I live very rurally and there are no yoga classes closer than 45 minutes drive. Has anyone got any favorite dvd's, or websites? Is there any on Youtube that are any good? I have some experience, so feel I could do OK without being in an actual class. Thank you! mathnerd
I found many great yoga instructional videos on Amazon Prime Streaming Video - so, if you have it, just search for the styles of yoga that you like (I do Vinyasa) and if you are a beginner, try the beginner level ones. Kim in Appalachia
I currently subscribe to Yogaglo.com. In the past I used YogaToday.com. There is also YogaVibes.com YogaGlo is the pricest, but has the best selection in regards to length, levels and types. I loved the teachers at YogaToday, but they changed their format, and you could just pick any class, you had to go with what they offered that week. All 3 offer free trials. You could try each one and see what you like. Enjoy!
MomtoCandJ
I was wondering the same but I'm a newbie and the closest class is a hour and a half drive.

Hikin' Mama
I'll second yogaglo. I was a member for awhile, but quit because I wasn't doing it enough to justify the cost. (It's very reasonable--$18/month--but I was also doing a class at the gym.) Someone here once posted a link, I think it was doyogawithme.com, that was free. You might want to check that out too. I love having a place I can ask just about anything, and know that someone will have an answer. Happy weekend to you all.
