Susie in MS
I would prefer a free download, like those at google, if it exist for this age. TIA
Jess4879
I don't know of a PDF, but maybe currclick has some? We use AAS for dictation and we started having the kids copy selections from books they were reading. They love this! Perhaps they are just weird. ;) My middle kiddo is determined to copy an entire book. I like that I no longer have to have selections printed out and ready for them to copy. They just grab their book and have at it. :)
OneStepAtATime
I agree, just have them copy from sources that interest them. Maybe find some poetry or a short story or mini-biography. As for dictation, you could record your voice reading said passages or maybe even have them read the passages, you record it and they can play it back to write down. SilverMoon
Dictation Day by Day by Kate Van Wagenen is a vintage download from Google. There are 6 different levels.
Susie in MS
There are a few reasons that copying from a reading book would not be best for my dd, though in my perfect world it would be. I do like the suggestion, and I may have to resort to it despite the difficulties. I have Dictation Day by Day, but can only find up to level 4. SM, do you know of one that goes higher on google books?
SilverMoon
I have levels 1-6 on my computer. I haven't a clue when I downloaded them, but they do have that Google page at the beginning. Post #7 in this thread has links.
