texasmama
Interesting. But does anxiety cause neurological differences or do neurological differences cause anxiety? The article seems to assume causality when I read only correlation from the results. (Granted, I am dead dog tired and will put myself to bed now.) Anne in CA
Nothing in the article was a surprise to me, but I am glad to see attention given to this very important issue. Our society needs to prioritize the security of our children. It is not okay to allow people to jerk young children around. My oldest is my step dd and her mother was allowed to cause all manner of havoc in her very young life and I believe it changed the person she was meant to be. But technically parents are the ones with rights and children are just supposed to deal with it.
Barb_
Ugh. One more way to worry how I'm screwing up my kids. Oh well. You can only do your best, right?
Hunter's Moon
Interesting. I was an anxious child, and as an adult I've been diagnosed with GAD and OCD. But I agree with texasmama.
