I have a frozen bag of chicken parts that I plan to use for broth. Do I need to thaw them before cooking?

 

I would thaw chicken before cooking, so I think yes.

 

Brain not quite working today... We all have the flu.

 

How would you thaw these, quickly?

No defrosting/thawing required. Toss the chicken into the pot with however much water you use to make your stock, and away you go!
