Desert Strawberry
Here's ours. http://cajunstrawberry.blogspot.com/2014/05/picture-study.html Sagg is 11. The others are younger. In addition to what we do together, I might have him look the artist up on Wikipedia for Kids. This year (6th grade) I will have him start writing a little bit when his writing gets to the appropriate stage. (His writing is a bit lacking but will catch up this year). Mrs. Y
So far, it looks like me putting a artist type book on the end table in the living room and my dc picking it up and paging through it. I have had years where I was more into it and I actually featured an "artist of the month" and we made notebook pages and stuff. That was back when I had a color printer and children who were more enthusiastic (or could be coerced easily) about it. My 22 yodd went to the Louvre in Paris last fall. She thought it was neat that she recognized so many things because of my artist of the month thing we did when she was young.
