wapiti
Can anyone talk about grading, as in getting actual grades from AoPS on-line that will "count"? Obviously the course is very challenging, but what's involved in getting an A or B in the on-line class - a certain number of points on the weekly problem sets? Does Alcumus count in terms of accuracy or just getting it done to a certain color level? About how many hours per week of work is involved? Was the feedback on proofs sufficiently detailed? (Luckymama, this is in addition to your helpful thoughts in a conversation we had a long time ago :) - or anyone else?)
Julie of KY
I'd email AoPS and ask your questions. I know the majority of the online AoPS students do not take the class for a "grade".
crazyforlatin
Hold on a sec, AOPS gives out grades for online classes? Even the Pre-A? Oops.
