Kim in Appalachia Posted March 22, 2014 Share Posted March 22, 2014 I was able to have a one hour practice of yoga this morning, then my dh and I went on a 7 mile hike. Nonetheless we love our shorter walks around the house. The kids and I did about a 2 mi walk this afternoon. It was lovely. Weŕe planning a few nice hikes this spring and we're all excited. 6packofun Posted March 23, 2014 Share Posted March 23, 2014 I am doing Beachbody's 21-Day Fix with my daughters and loving it! A great 30-min. workout for each day of the week.
