Mandylubug
Taste test it before you do any baking for your holiday celebrations. I just made biscuits with their brand flour purchased this week. It is insanely salty. Like burn your tongue salty. I've never had issues before and I know many will be baking confections this time of year. It would surely ruin a batch of cookies, etc.
I talk to the trees
Thanks for the heads up! I was going to do some baking this evening. I will be sure to check the flour first!
pink&bluemommy
Did you buy self rising unknowingly?
Mandylubug
I always buy self rising even for recipes that call for all purpose and just omit the salt and leavening in the recipes lol. So this was self rising but still way way way too salty.
Element
Weird! I will definitely do so. Thanks for the warning.
KRG
I like shopping at Kroger but their generic products are just off more times than not.
