Country Girl
I don't know if this has been posted yet, but I couldn't find it in a search. On another board I came across this link for the Meet the Masters art program for k-5 for free. I guess I'm not even sure if it is the same Meet the Masters that is sometimes mentioned here but thought the link might be helpful to someone. http://www.getinvolvedineducation.com/pdfs/For-Program-Managers/Meet-the-Masters-Program-Manual.pdf HTH! Alana in Canada
Thank you so much! I have been wanting to do something like this with the kids for so long--I even found a program I wanted, but couldn't afford it. I am looking forward to doing this with the kids--over tea and cookies.
...................
I'll check it out. We were using Rod and Staff artpacs but I just couldn't stand them...but didn't want to spend more money... So I will
Alana in Canada
I just wanted to remind folks of the ARC website. You can't download or reproduce the images--but they are a lot better for viewing than the little reproductions. Unfortunately not every artist is represented, but there is a good number of them. http://www.artrenewal.org/

April in NC
I also want to mention that you can find thousands of works of art that you can download and print out at WikiMedia Commons. Since many works of classic art are now in the public domain, their images are freely available on this website. You can search the categories on the page I linked above, or you can type the name of the artist or painting in the search box.
