TeacherZee
I watched a very nice movie today with several familiar faces and thought I would recommend it here. It is From Time to Time and is available on instant watch on Netflix. Rated PG and definitely family friendly. It is set in 1944 and 1805. The screenplay is by Julian Fellows. Word Nerd
Gosford Park is a must-watch if you haven't already seen it.
Jilly
This is one of my favorite family films. We watched it after reading the series it is based on. The Green Knowe series is a favorite around here.

Beth S
I'm also reading "Making Masterpiece", a memoir by Rebecca Eaton, who has executive produced Masterpiece & Mystery since 1985. It's been fun to review the many shows they've hosted through the years, and I have a running list of ones we still need to see! (She initially turned down DA. She DID turn down P&P 1995, as they had already done the 1980 version, which is why it ended up on A&E. Tough to live with the public consequences of her decisions! She seems like a neat person to get to know.) I'm about halfway through, and enjoying it. Got this copy from our library. http://www.amazon.com/Making-Masterpiece-Behind-Theatre-Mystery/dp/0670015350/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1384787370&sr=8-1&keywords=making+masterpiece
