Stacia
--------------------------------------------- Coming to a theater near you... again: True story of the 80s kids who spent seven years painstakingly recreating a shot-by-shot Indiana Jones remake and have now sold the rights to their movie Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2463616/True-story-1980s-kids-created-beloved-shot-shot-Indiana-Jones-remake-backyard-optioned-feature-film.html#ixzz2hwkLvh00 --------------------------------------------- How come I didn't know these guys when I was growing up??? I would have been so totally *in* on this project (had the whole movie memorized, from lines down to every cut in the film) & would have been a great Marion!!! And, if you read the article I linked, there is a clip of the giant boulder scene to where Indy escapes w/ Jock. Awesome!
Mom in High Heels
WOW! That is super cool. What a great story. I'll have to show Indy this tomorrow. He and James Bond recreated a few scenes with his Indiana Jones action figures, but they didn't do the whole movie! I hope they get the movie (of making the movie) made! I would absolutely go see that.
aggieamy
That's fantastic. If I was going to do that to a movie as a kid it would have been Ghostbusters. I had (and still do) have a passion for that movie.
Robin M
Super cool! I would have wanted in on the action as well. I'm afraid to show this to my son because he'll want to try doing it. Erk!

Stacia
I just told my dh that I missed some essential part of my childhood by not knowing these guys & participating in their film adventures! I am seriously bummed about it!
