And yes, we are blessed to live so close to the ocean :), although we so often take it for granted. Willpower and Grace is a licensed version of a class I take weekly. Our instructor is amazing and I wish she would do videos! Seriously. Anyway, W&G is a plyometric workout using only bodyweight that combines strength /resistance training ( push ups/ planks), lots of legs and butt( squats!!! Lots of squats!!!). Balance and movement ( certain yoga type poses, lunges etc.). All choreographed and done barefoot. I love barefoot exercising. Yes, I weight lift barefoot! Lol. Not sure today, it depends on the weather, I'd like to take a walk but it is supposed to rain. Faith thanks for mentioning your class, it sounds similiar in style to a class I used to attend pre-kids which was a mix of Pilates, bootcamp and basic cardio.
