Journey
2011...does anyone happen to have one? We might be buying one tomorrow and wanted to get opinions. I have a 2013 kia optima which is a nice little car and the hyundai is pretty much the same car but....we live in the NE and i haven't driven my car in the snow yet, and that is my main concern because the new car would be my daughter's and she is a new driver. Any info would be great. Thanks!
6packofun
We have an Elantra and so does MIL (different years) and both are *great* cars. Hyundai has a great warranty, too. We'd get another Hyundai in a heartbeat, but I don't know details on other models to be more specific!
PrincessMommy
We have a 2006 Santa Fe and have been very happy with it. In fact, we're in the market for another car and I asked my mechanic about his recommendations. Hyundai was one that he said they've been impressed with lately. My only complaint about the Santa Fe is that it's a gas hog. But, it has over 100K on it and it's still going strong.
PrincessMommy
I just saw the part about driving in the snow. I can't speak to the Sonata but the Santa Fe is great in the snow -but it's more like an SUV anyway, so it should be.
Isabella
We had a Sonata until my daughter's boyfriend totalled it earlier this year. Really nice car, but I couldn't tell you about snow...I'm in Australia, and I've never even seen snow, let alone the Sonata! :-)
DragonFaerie
No comment about the snow, but I have a 2011 Sonata and it's a GREAT car. I love it!
