When my box finally got here it was missing one of the manuals :o I emailed them and had it w/ in a couple of days. Around 24 days, I emailed and asked what was up (because I had heard nothing). I didn't get a response, but go figure, a shipping confirmation. I guess moving day will be sign lease, order OM, then worry about moving household goods so we can get school started before October!
