8circles
I know we do this periodically but I thought with the Sherlock thread that maybe I'm not the only one looking for a new show. I need to bring-up some of the older threads to see what I've missed but thought there might be something new. I'll start with a couple that I haven't seen mentioned here... Inspector Gently - you can find all the episodes on youtube. I really enjoyed it & can't wait until the next season becomes available. I don't know when that will be. Also, youtube now has "channels" - I watched a show called Blue (with Julia Stiles) on the WIGS channel. I LOVED it. It probably won't be your cup 'o tea for many of you but some will like it. Each episode is roughly 10 minutes so that takes some getting used to. So, what shows are you watching that are maybe more obscure? ETA: Others I thought of that I don't remember seeing mentioned here - Orphan Black, Copper, Ripper Street, and Spies of Warsaw (miniseries) - I think they were all on BBCA. happi duck
I like Vera. It's a British detective show and those are always good! There are two seasons on Amazon Prime.
PrincessMommy
I second Vera. Very well done Brit. Mystery. If you want to venture away from BBC - we've been enjoying Longmire on A&E. It's a summer series and they just started their 2nd year a few weeks ago.
wonderchica
I enjoy Hart of Dixie, Switched At Birth (not just for teens, very well done), and Being Human (UK).
