If I HAVE to exercise and still don't get to eat dessert, then it's a no go. I exercise so that I CAN eat dessert, so I vote for exercise.

 

No advice on the cocktails, though. I don't care for them so they don't factor for me. Although, if it's mixed drinks with lots of pop, then perhaps cutting back might be a good idea. :)

I have to do a combination of dieting and exercise. I can get by with just the dieting, but exercise makes it better. I cannot lose if I'm only exercising.

 

I do not ever completely deprive myself. Dessert does factor in there somewhere, in limited amounts. I don't drink, but if I did, I would cut back on that as well.
