Edwena
I have some basic go to's but would love more ideas. I only have 2 children though, but don't mind joining in. I don't know if there's books or websites with ideas. Thanks for any info.

Mommyfaithe
Crossfit has a kids program. It is a bit pricey, but it is calling my name!
fourcatmom
You can also check EMH sports. They have some classes here and they are reasonably priced in my opinion. They meet 1 x a week. We did soccer for a month last year and the girls enjoyed it. It was a small group and it was close to the house. I did a review for them here. Hunter
I scheduled a sport for each month. I got books and DVDs from the library. First, I looked for a few independent drills my son could practice for the month. Then we studied a little history and rules of the sport. Lastly I tried to find a way to watch a game/competition, even if it was only a video or TV show. I also tried to have an ongoing cardiovascular and stretching program scheduled. But there were times I just sent both boys out for a long walk every morning.

wehave8
We also use Family Time Fitness and LOVE it! It is a great workout. It didn't look like it would be at first, but if you do the full lessons you'll feel it!! :)
