I know after my last baby having an online group really helped keep me motivated. I was thinking weekly support threads until the social groups are active again. Welcome to anyone looking to lose weight if they are 2 weeks or 2 yrs post baby. I am ready to being my postpartum weight loss program .......... just after I have a bowl of my mac and cheese that is baking in oven right now. Soror Posted November 25, 2012 Author Share Posted November 25, 2012 Bumping one more time! I will start a weekly thread tomorrow so be thinking of goals and your approach. My thought is an initial 6 wk and 12 wk challenge which brings us to New Years and then Valentine's Day. I think breaking things up in smaller chunks can help it seem more attainable.
